Proportion-Air offers many products to help with gas blending applications that need repeatable pressure control. By controlling the pressure of each specific gas to a process, a proprietary blend can be configured and changed on command.
Two QB2s mounted on separate PSR-Series volume boosters are controlling the pressure of two types of media in a gas blending application. The DS-Series transducer is providing second-loop feedback to the QB2 to ensure the highest accuracy. The QB2 provides monitor feedback signals of the actual downstream pressure to the PM-Series panel meters.
Both pressure control assemblies are controlling pressure to a known orifice directly downstream. The known orifice size provides exact flow rates of each specific gas to the process.
