The Proportion-Air QB2 volume booster assembly (QB2X and RM-Series) offers fast fill and repeatable pressure control in tire sidewall stitching applications.
Large pneumatic bladders are used on tire building machines. High speed fill and exhaust with high repeatability are required in these applications. Proportion-Air electro-pneumatic proportional regulators are well suited to these demanding applications. An electronic pressure signal output allows the tire building machine to monitor bladder pressures at all times during the tire building process.
