Spraying and coating products is easy with Proportion-Air pressure and vacuum controllers. Liquid coating control can be achieved with consistent results, if your pressure controller is repeatable.
In this application, a QB3 regulates pressure to a spray nozzle that is atomizing a liquid while another QB3 controls vacuum in the container. As the spray nozzle clogs up and creates backpressure, the QB3 will sense this and increase pressure to overcome it, so the same atomizing processes can continue.
The other QB3 is controlling direct inline vacuum to ensure the container is constantly exhausting the excess liquid. The QB3 is not designed for liquid, but it can handle lubed and moist air.
