Steel Cleaning & Re-Oiling
The right amount of force is required in steel cleaning. In this process, a Proportion-Air QB3 provides force control on a brush while a QB2 pressurizes a liquid regulator to atomize and re-oil the steel.
A QB3 is controlling the amount of force to a brush roller, which is cleaning a sheet of steel prior to it being stamped. Then, a QB2 is being used to control pressure on a liquid regulator to re-oil the steel and prevent oxidation.
The QB2 utilizes a 2nd-loop feedback scheme to measure the pressure of the oil as it enters the nozzle. This means pressure will always be ideal for consistent spraying.
