DST

High Pressure Transducer

Proportion-Air manufactures the DST high pressure transducer. The DST transducer offers a rugged and industrial construction with a 316 stainless steel sensor that is able to accurately measure numerous gases and liquids.

The DST high pressure transducer accurately measures the pressure of various media with an electrical output signal that is proportional to the full calibrated pressure range. For example, a 0-5000 PSI calibration with a 0-10 VDC output would read 5 VDC at 2500 PSI.

This industrial high pressure transducer can be used as a standalone transducer or as 2nd loop feedback in a Proportion-Air 2-loop pressure control assembly. When used in conjunction with a dome-loaded ratio regulator, the DST allows us to control very high pressures in high flow applications with only shop air controlled on the dome. DST | High Pressure Transducer

The DST high pressure transducer is made from 316 stainless steel and measures the pressure of gases and liquids from full vacuum to 7,500 PSI with an accuracy ±0.5%. The DST is perfect as a standalone pressure sensor or paired with a Proportion-Air electronic pilot and ratio loaded volume booster. In the 2-loop ratio configuration, the DST helps to accurately control high pressures with only shop air for the dome. All of the DS series transducers can be cleaned for use with oxygen as well.
