Military G-Suit Simulation & Testing
Military aircraft flight simulators often require g-suit simulation to recreate forces experienced while flying. Using a computer or PLC the pneumatic bladders on the g-suit can be rapidly inflated and deflated using a Proportion-Air electronic closed-loop proportional regulator.
Pressures required are very low and high repeatability is important. Proportion-Air’s electronic regulators can control pressures as low as 0 to 2 inches of water column. An analog output showing the bladder’s controlled pressure for data acquisition is available from the regulator.
If you have an application that requires low pressure testing and/or simulation, please give us a call or use the ‘Request Quote’ form below to reach out to our application engineers. We would love to help you achieve great results in your application.
